Women in tech training

Women make up over 52% of Zimbabwe’s population, yet remain underrepresented in the digital economy. Project IGNITE is on a mission to change that — by empowering women and youth with digital skills, resources, and opportunities to thrive in today’s fast-paced economy.

Through targeted digital literacy programs, mentorship, and entrepreneurship acceleration, we aim to unlock opportunities for women and youth in Zimbabwe’s growing tech landscape. By closing the gender digital divide, we’re building stronger families, communities, and an inclusive economy.

“When women thrive in the digital economy, entire nations benefit.”

Project IGNITE envisions a future where women and young people in Zimbabwe are not just participants, but leaders and innovators in technology and entrepreneurship. This transformation will not only boost economic growth but also foster sustainable development.
