We collect Personal Data, Usage Data, tracking‑cookie data, and—in limited cases—additional information such as age, nationality, qualification records, or tax identifiers where required for contractual or legal purposes.   22. Depending on your location, you may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to opt‑out of data sale or marketing. To exercise any of these rights please email DataProtectionCompliance@econet.co.zw with the subject “Data Access Request”. Appropriate identification may be required.

  23. Data‑Breach Notification Procedures
  24. In the event of a breach we will: (i) investigate and ascertain scope; (ii) notify relevant regulators within 72 hours where required; (iii) inform affected individuals without undue delay; and (iv) implement remediation and mitigation steps.

  26. We engage vetted processors for hosting, analytics, CI/CD, remarketing, and payment processing. These providers have access to data strictly to perform agreed tasks and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

  27. Children’s Privacy
  28. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us immediately for removal.
